Superb sauce for nems or sping rolls. Extra-easyyyyyy !!!!!

Ingredients :
20 cl coconut milk
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp arachid oil
salt, pepper, 1 tsp curry powder

Recipe of Thaï peanut Sauce :
In a saucepan mix all the ingredients together, and stir regularly till it boils. Switch off and serve hot.
