Ingrédients : 1 sweet shortcrust pastry 16 quetsches 1/2 liter milk 1 vanilla pod (or vanilla extract) 5 egg yolks 100g sugar 60g maïzena (cornstarch) 120g almond powder
Recipe of Quetschekuchen : Heat the milk with the vanilla. mix the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl. Add maïzena progressively and then the almond powder. Stir a small amount of milk on the preparation and mix. Pour the mixture back in the milk pan.
