very easy recipe, to make the day before
Milk 50 cl
liquid fresh cream 50 cl
Sugar 150 g
Gelatin 5 sheets
vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
Recipe of panna cotta :
Soak gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 min
In a pan heat the mix milk + cream + sugar + vanilla.
Remove from the heat as soon as it boils and put in it the gelatin sheets, stiring to dissolve completely the gelatin.
Pour in individual ramekins. Let cool and then put in the fridge till the panna cotta get solid
Serve cool with a coulis (or jelly, or jam) and fruit dices on the top.
