South Africa It's a pie with milk and raisins. We'll use here ready-made shortpastry to make it easier.
shortcrust pastry one roll
milk 2 liters
raisins 50g (dried grapes)
sugar 4 tbsp
ma´zena 2 tbsp
1 stick of cinnamon
Preheat the oven Th 6 (180░C)
Cook the (empty) shortpastry for 15 min.
Delay ma´zena with some milk in a bowl.
Let boil the rest of the milk with sugar and cinnamon.
Add the butter, and then the delayed ma´zena in it.
Boil up the whole. Keep this mix.
