South Africa It's a pie with milk and raisins. We'll use here ready-made shortpastry to make it easier.
Ingredients : shortcrust pastry one roll milk 2 liters eggs 4 butter 50g raisins 50g (dried grapes) sugar 4 tbsp maïzena 2 tbsp 1 stick of cinnamon
Recipe : Preheat the oven Th 6 (180°C) Cook the (empty) shortpastry for 15 min. Delay maïzena with some milk in a bowl. Let boil the rest of the milk with sugar and cinnamon. Add the butter, and then the delayed maïzena in it. Boil up the whole. Keep this mix.
