South Korea Corean Potatoes, delicious and extra-easy.
4 medium boiled and peeled potatoes
soy sauce (enough to sprinkle)
ginger syrup (little)
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

Cut the boiled potatoes into dices
In a pan simmer the onion in a little amount of cooking oil and add the potato dices
Sprinkle with soy sauce and add the ginger syrup, and mix and simmer over medium heat so it doesn’t burn. Stir in the sesame seeds.
Add chopped cilantro and stop heating.
