Ingredients : 200g boulgour, 400g fresh spinach, 2 garlic, 2 shallots, salt, Espelette's pepper, 50g goat cheese, stock cube (vegan or not), diluted in warm water
Recipe of boulgour spinach : Cook until beginning to brown the spinach with a small amount of olive oil and the smashed garlics. Add salt Keep in a strainer, Cut shallots and brown them with some oil, Add the boulgour and cook 2-3 minutes, Pour the stock progressively, ladle after ladle, till the boulgour reach the expected texture, Add crumbled goat cheese and spinach, Season (salt, espelette's pepper)
