for the dough (that will look like a "sandy" mix) : softened butter 60g flour 4 tbsp (very rounded spoon) suggar 6 tbsp (level spoon) cinnamon 2 tbsp salt one pinch
Recipe of easy apple crumble : Preheat the oven 210°C For the paste : Mix all the ingredients together with a fourk to obtain a sandy mix. Wash and peel the apples and cut them into (not too big) pieces. In a small saucepan : melt the butter and add apples + sugar and let cook for 15 min. Place the caramelized apples in an ovenproof dish and spread on the top the sandy mix. Cook in the oven during 20 min and let them still stay for 10 more min after you switch off in the hot oven. Serve warm with whipped cream or with a vanilla ice-cream ball.
