Popular sweet drink of Valencia area, refreshing and nutritive. It's a vegetal milk of earth almond's tuber. Horchata (also called tiger nut milk) is particularly rich in minerals, vitamins C and E, and many digestion-facilitating enzymes. Ingredients :
long rice 350g
1 big onion (sliced)
vegetable stock 60 cl
tomatoes puree 2 tbsp
1 green piment (deseeded and chopped)
2 garlic cloves (chopped or powder)
vegetable oil 2 tbsp

Recipe of jollof rice :
Brown the onion and the garlic in a pan with the oil.
Add the tomatoes puree and stir for 3 min over medium heat.
Rince the rice with cold water, drain and pour it in the pan, add the green piment (chili) and salt.
